EMResource Information Link

EMResource is a tool to optimize communication and expedite patient care among health care facilities, public health, emergency management, and first responders.
EMResource assists Wisconsin's seven healthcare emergency readiness coalitions (HERCs) with hospital and emergency response information sharing. The data requested in EMResource is used to provide real-time updates of health care capabilities on a local, regional, and statewide level. Through EMResource, partners can:

eICS is a secure incident management tool used to guide and support response partners, including Wisconsin’s seven healthcare emergency response coalitions (HERCs), through the entire preparedness cycle. All actions and data input into an eICS event are archived and timestamped for future reference and documentation needs. eICS capabilities include:

EMTrack is a tool that facilitates patient tracking from an initial encounter through the health care system. Through EMTrack, health care facilities, public health, emergency management, and first responders can track patients, receive alerts, and allocate resources in a variety of scenarios, including:

Health Emergency Preparedness and Response: Emergency Human Services Link

When disaster strikes, the primary mission of emergency human services is to first understand what services are needed, then to ensure these services are provided quickly and efficiently to the people who need them most.
Emergency human services are an essential part of the Wisconsin Emergency Response Plan's emergency support function 6 (ESF-6). For more information on ESF-6, visit Wisconsin Emergency Management.

Government Emergency Telecommunications Service
Welcome to the Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS). When landlines are congested or the telecommunications system is under stress, especially during emergencies, GETS subscribers receive priority treatment — your calls are likelier to go through the network. Use GETS for any emergency situation or important call.

Other priority services
Wireless Priority Service (WPS) for priority service for wireless phones. WPS provides authorized devices with priority calling on all nationwide and several regional cellular networks. More information about WPS can be found at https://www.cisa.gov/wps
Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) for priority restoration and installation of voice and data circuits
TSP is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program, managed by CISA, which mandates that service providers prioritize voice and data circuits provisioning and restoration requests made by organizations with national security and emergency preparedness missions.
