EMResource Information Link

EMResource is a tool to optimize communication and expedite patient care among health care facilities, public health, emergency management, and first responders.

EMResource assists Wisconsin's seven healthcare emergency readiness coalitions (HERCs) with hospital and emergency response information sharing. The data requested in EMResource is used to provide real-time updates of health care capabilities on a local, regional, and statewide level. Through EMResource, partners can:

Send time-sensitive alerts.
Review hospital diversion statuses.
Determine bed availability.
Share available resources to assist hospitals in need.

EMResource is a product of Juvare and is functional with other Juvare products, including WebEOC, EMTrack, and eICS.

Emergency Preparedness: eICS Link

eICS is a secure incident management tool used to guide and support response partners, including Wisconsin’s seven healthcare emergency response coalitions (HERCs), through the entire preparedness cycle. All actions and data input into an eICS event are archived and timestamped for future reference and documentation needs. eICS capabilities include:

Plan development and maintenance
Incident response guide development
Incident action plan development
Formal and informal information sharing
Resource request management
Incident Command System position activation and deactivation
Job action sheets assignments
Demobilization process guidance
After action report process support
Improvement plan corrective action assignments

eICS is a product of Juvare and is functional with other Juvare products, including WebEOC, EMTrack, and EMResource.

EMTrack Link

EMTrack is a tool that facilitates patient tracking from an initial encounter through the health care system. Through EMTrack, health care facilities, public health, emergency management, and first responders can track patients, receive alerts, and allocate resources in a variety of scenarios, including:

Daily EMS transports
Mass casualty incidents
Facility evacuations
Family reunification efforts

EMTrack is a product of Juvare and is functional with other Juvare products, including WebEOC, EMResource, and eICS.

When disaster strikes, the primary mission of emergency human services is to first understand what services are needed, then to ensure these services are provided quickly and efficiently to the people who need them most.
